Physical Activitive

During winter vacation, we are required to have 10 hours of physical activity. So at home, I didn't watch TV all the day. I have a treadmill in my house. I used running during my holiday. And I also played basketball,Sit-ups,push-ups,skip, and so on.My physical activities have at least 10 hours in total.

My Volunteer Experence

My volunteer have three parts and the total time is 1o hours. 2 hours for helping my planning teacher . 3 hours for help Mr Wu to do some woodworking. The rest of the five hours is in a community cleaning. Next, I will speak on my volunteer experience.

1 planing volunteer:

It was in a weekend, our teacher Ms bartel asked us if someone wants to participate in the volunteer activities.I just have time, so I decided to attend the this work。We arrived on Saturday morning in GCA。At the beginning,my task is to put out the old calendar and change the new one on it. After that I put A4 paper cutting into smaller sizes. Then Ms Hadely came to the office and ask for help. So Ms Bartel decide to sent me to go to Ms Hadely's office. In her office I also do the paper cutting at the first time. Then I classified a box of book. Make them in order. And the same to a box of pen. I also swept the ground and table.

In the afternoon. I back to Ms Bartel's office . Helpt she make the new calendar . Make some ppt. That's all.

2woodworking volunteer

It was a coincidence for me to do this job. One day after school, I was ready to go home. Suddenly, Mr Wu called me and want me to help him to do some woodworking. I thought it was OK . so I decided to help him. It took me one hour a day and for three days.

3 Community cleaning

When I am in holiday. I volunteered to help a dustman clean community. We cleaned the corridor and armrest, picking up trashes and mopping. I did those for five days .

That is all I done for my volunteer.

Delicious Journey--German Restaurant

During the autumn in 2008 . Our GCA senior students organized a dinner in German restaurant. We all enjoy the elegant dining environment and German kind hospitality. This dinner impressed me a lot. This dinner also promoted the friendship between our classmates. We were all pleased to this dinner. Now, I will introduce the main experience to you . I hope you will enjoy it.

The restaurant we went is located in a ordinary small street. It took me some time to find this restaurant. when i went into the restaurant . I was attracted by their sweet adornment. But the awkward thing is the price of this restaurant is a little high to us. And there are few dishes for us to choose. So I have to ordered a package of dish (they only have two package dishes!) and a glass of beer which is some beer mixed with other weired drinks. It tasted so so (in fact i prefer water). luckily, they do the steak was very good. The steak meat was very tender and juicy. Anyway, the atmosphere was very romantic. This dinner lasted for about two hours. We all enjoy the time. It a good dinner. At least I know the food style in germany.

The most thing that impressed me is the german are very attention to the whole guest. they won't give us dinner one by one. They always make food at the same time.

I love this dinner.
